We had Custom Hardscaping install a new paver patio over our very old and worn out cement patio late last summer and the result is beyond amazing. From the very beginning Rudy and his crew were saying customer satisfaction was their top priority. Throughout the project it became very clear this was not just rhetoric or empty words. One day after the crew left we went out to look at the progress. We noticed that they had laid about half of a twenty five foot run that we thought needed to be a foot wider to matchup with the drain at the lower end.  We thought with all the work that was done we were stuck with it but when we told Rudy he didn’t blink an eye.  He told us “no problem and that he’d take care of it”. We are still trying to figure how they made the change and kept the same pattern flow, to make it exactly as we had visioned. That attitude was there throughout the very long and hot days his crew put in.  If there was anything they could do to make the job better or easier for us, they were more than happy to do it. We are extremely satisfied here in Bridgewater and we would not hesitate to use or recommend Custom Hardscaping for any future use.
